Hadieh was extremely helpful and listened to all of my needs! She provided in depth research that allowed me to find the best deals in Chicago. She scheduled all of the tours and dealt with all the communication with leasing agents. We toured for an entire weekend and drove from location to location. Her expertise and knowledge helped me through the entire process. I ended up choosing an apartment that she recommended touring! Finding an apartment can be a difficult process but Hadieh made it easy. She’s overall an amazing agent and I would absolutely recommend to anyone renting or buying!

Great service. We came to Hadieh and Sadiya with our criteria and within a week and a half found what we were looking for. Responsive and easy to work with. No complaints at all!

Brooke Bressler worked with my husband and me to find an apartment in Evanston, and made the process so easy! We do not live in the US, but she made sure we had all of the information we needed from afar. After an initial call to discuss which options best suited what we were looking for, she answered our 1000+ questions, set up virtual tours, and even helped us to narrow down which apartment layout was best for our needs. In a short period of time, she helped us find a great apartment that included 2 months of free rent. I cannot recommend Brooke enough!

I would highly recommend Brooke Bressler to anyone looking for an apartment in the Chicago or Evanston area. Brooke was extremely professional and helped me find and sign on an apartment in only 5 days. In an initial brief phone call, she asked questions and provided me with honest feedback and input on which apartments might best fit my needs. She then provided me with a list of available apartments for each building and facilitated virtual tours. Brooke made this a seamless experience!

I worked with Brooke to get an apt set up in Evanston. It was quick, easy and I got a terrific price. Would highly recommend.

The process of renting can be extremely daunting, especially for the first time but this was not the case for me. Hadieh Tazangi was fantastic throughout the process from start to finish. Hadieh made sure to go through all my must-haves in my first apartment and led the process with her exceptional market industry knowledge. Her thorough suggestions on various properties allowed me to gain a better understanding of the market. She led all scheduling activities and communication with leasing agents. While touring properties, Hadieh was able to use her market experience to ask the right questions and provide me with the best knowledge to make a decision. A process that I thought was going to take months turned into 2 weeks, and this was greatly appreciated. I cannot stress enough that Hadieh Tazangi is a top agent in Chicago and will be a valuable asset for your next renting/buying experience!

Hadieh is transparent and Consistent and Understood our needs. Follow through is great and negotiation skills are fantastic. Thank you for making our move a little less stressful by finding a great deal on an apartment we LOVE.

Hadieh helped me find my DREAM apartment! I had a picky search, and she managed to find the most perfect downtown Chicago apartment for my wants and needs! She took every step to make sure I felt taken care of to the highest of standards throughout the process. I am close friends with Hadieh, and it was incredible to see her in action as a top quality leasing agent professional (& now broker!). If I ever need to move apartments or buy a home in Chicago in the future, Hadieh is the only person I would trust to make sure all of my needs are met!
