Is this company bankrupt?
Is this company bankrupt? I have strips that I cannot use anymore, the app doesn't work ...This is so unacceptable.

did this company just disappear?
did this company just disappear? I cant scan my test stick. The app doesnt work, its no longer available in the app store, the website no longer exists, what is going on?

The app and test were very easy to use
The app and test were very easy to use, and I learned a lot about my health profile in a short amount of time. I'm excited to keep using the product to make sustained improvements over time.

This is one of the worst companies in…
This is one of the worst companies in my experience - avoid by all means. I liked the idea and subscribed. Their website does not work. I can not check order statuses, can not change my credit card, can not cancel my membership. I emailed five times last month asking to cancel my membership - but I got zero responses.

Greg, I am sorry you have had an unsatisfactory experience. We've reviewed all incoming emails over the past three months and, unfortunately, we do not see any from you requesting cancellation. However, allow me clarify how Vessel's App/website works, so we can address your concerns. If you wish to check your order status or change your credit card you can contact Vessel's Member Experience team at [email protected]. We actively monitor all incoming emails and respond to all of them. If you wish to cancel your membership online, you can do so through our App or website by logging in, going to the "More Tab", and clicking on "Manage Membership". You can also contact our Membership Experience group at the email address above and they will assist. Wow! Amazing Product!
Wow, such a cool product! Very easy to use and I got my results back in minutes. I love being able to measure all the different biomarkers and get an inside look into my health. Definitely recommend!
