I can't quite see what this system does. I uploaded a GEDCOM file and I can't see any additional information or branches of my tree generated. It looks like I have to select record by record and it brings up a whole load of unrelated records. Nothing helpful so far. They responded with some standard wording, which doesn't address the issue. My understanding of their ads was that all you have to do is upload minimal information and a tree will appear. All I got was a series of links to documents that seemed to be unrelated to anybody in my tree - people in different countries with different names. Nothing like, say, the hints in My Heritage, which at least had some relevance. When I cancelled I was offered a notional cost to continue membership, which I accepted by now seems to be denied by their support team. I'm glad I only paid the try-it-and -see offer so only lost a few pounds.
