Lorsque j’ai adhéré à la période d’essai de 1€95 je ne pensais pas ensuite être débité de 34€90 puisque ce montant n’était mentionné nul part, j’avais de plus acheté avec Apple Pay . J’ai alors contacté le support qui a été très réactif pour demander une résiliation d’abonnement ainsi qu’un remboursement qui a été effectué.

It has been a neat tool, though I had really hoped for more from the AI tool. My expectations were that of someone who has experience researching w the aid of Gemini Pro. And maybe that's a bit advanced expectation for an ancestry AI tool. It asked initially that you put in your parents and grandparents and even great grandparents info, then the AI will write up a cool report about the 4 different branches. On a couple individuals in my family though, it changed my inputs and thus was unable to find any info based on it was using information not provided. This kinda ruined my whole report and I didn't really get a satisfactory answer on how to get a corrected report run, in hopes of discovering more details. My honest assessment, its not as detailed or thorough as Gemini or ChatGBT would be, but it can pull some cool details that are nice to think about.
