I have ordered meds several times in the past and every time my package arrived very quickly. I also spoke 2 or 3 times with someone on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful. Great service!

I called to have Revolution sent to my house for my dog. After 2 weeks, I called to let them know I have not gotten the Revolution. I was told that 2 emails were sent to me to tell me my dog needed a heartworm test after I called them. I never got any emails. I took my dog to the vet and the test was done. The vets office approved it. I did get the Revolution by a miracle since the address was not correct.

They are good about answering your questions and making sure they get in touch with you if they have any questions about your order. Their prices are cheaper than our military base.
