After only one week, I am already seeing results as far as less arthritic pain and decreased swelling of my dog's fatty tumor. I am very satisfied!

My Dia-ionx for my diabetic cat was shipped on December 8 and arrived on 11th in our mail box. The dia-ions has made my cat feel better and is not eating as much, his peeing seems to be improving to.

So far so good. Cat seems to remain about the same. Still w/in the 60 day shake out period. Meds are easy to apply. Meds were shipped expeditiously. Cat seems to not mind the meds mixed in w/her wet food & other meds. Thank you.

Purchase/delivery was okay. However, I e-mailed a question about dosing that was not answered. I then called your company upon receipt of the product. Customer Service answered my question but seemed distracted, seemed to be annoyed and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I will however continue the use of this product and possibly purchase it again if my cat's health benefits from it.

Tried for seborrhea on 14 year old dog.. 1st bottle no change. On second bottle still no change. Package arrived in good condition.

Our records show that you received the product only 11 days ago. In most cases this is not enough time. Please allow the product some time to work. Homeopathic products are safe to use but need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. What does concern us is that you have used one bottle in 11 days, typically one bottle should last approximately 30 days (given orally).
