Needed compounded Prozac for my cat. They worked with me to get the prescription from my Vet to them, and then delivered it in a few days.

Took quite a while before I received a shipping notice.

I tried 4 times to order online. Got to the paying part and your website locked up everytime. Finally I called and placed my order. Used the same card, same numbers, same address, same email address. The person I spoke with helped me create an account and placed my order, she was very nice. You may be loosing orders with people going somewhere else when they can't place an order online.

We recently moved from New Orleans to Alamogordo NM. Before leaving I ask our Vet., Dr. Newbill at St. Bernard Vet Hospital to write me a prescription for Fu's medicine. Fu is an older cat with a Thyroid condition which requires him to take 2 pills daily. I had been going to the Vet's office for refills until our move. I found VetRxDirect on line and saw that they compound Fu's medicine to be administered as a trans dermal instead of pills. Since our little rascal has learned to avoid taking the pills by eating the pill pocket and spitting out the pill or eating around the food and pushing the pill to one side I talked to VetRxDirect and was satisfied that the trans dermal cream would be the way to go. Unfortunately, my prescription was for the pills. No problem for VetRxDirect. They handled everything on their end by contacting Dr. Newbill and getting an updated prescription for Fu. VetRxDirect filled and shipped the medicine promptly with no problems. I no longer have a problem giving Fu his medicine and know that he is getting a full dose each time. I can already see the change in his weight and activity. I would recommend VetRxDirect for all your pet needs, prescription or general.

I don't know what was going on but my vet did not receive faxes from you. This slowed down the process and I ended up paying the vet a premium price for 10 days worth of medication that I shouldn't have needed if I got the medication on time.
