The CSR I spoke with was so helpful - and cordial - as she explained the process to get my cat's prescriptions started with VetRxDirect. They sent a mesg when they received his doctor's prescription, another when they shipped/mailed it. It was securely packaged AND in a dark container which will not allow light - important to maintain the integrity of the medicine, I understand. (former supplier did not do that) Let me see, they were helpful, prescription came earlier than eta, price way less than former supplier... I am so HAPPY that PetRxDirect came up on Google! Thank you!

I ordered my supplement and had the order within 2 days. I was anxious to receive this order because my dog has retains deteriation and My hope is to prolong her sight before total blindness.

you went beyond what you had to do to help us clarify prescip problem . thank you . our 10 year old rottweiler has addison disease and needs meds every day ,if it wasnt for you we woud have to pay $6.00 per day for us thats hard sometimes .from you it cost .89 cents for same med,dont understand why cost so much more at pharmacey ,but god bless you E.J AND MARIA JOYCE
