Fast, reliable service!
VetRxDirect fills my dog's prescriptions quickly, contacting my vet's office directly if needed, and gets my order shipped promptly, always with a great savings compared to vet prices. I am a return customer!

Best customer service EVER!
I had some questions and concerns about some products I needed to order for one of our cats so I called the customer service number before placing my order online. The rep I spoke to went out of her way to find me the info I needed and was so incredibly polite and helpful. After that experienced I bookmarked their site and I will definitely be going back!

I have been buying medication and shampoo at VetRxDirect. The price here is good and their shipping is fast. Overall, I like shopping here for my cat.

Best Doggie Treats EVER.. Dinolites

problem with prescribe medication
Every time, ordered prescription medication, Vets office never received a fax request. I always have to contact customer service to request for resending a fax to my vets office. They do not request my vets office for any refill on prescription item thus I constantly ordering the same item over and over. Only good about it is that they have items which I need for my dogs.

Customer, Here at VetRxDirect our procedure is to send a fax request to your veterinarian as soon as we receive an order. If they do not respond within 24 hours, we send a second fax. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if they receive the faxes or not however unless we are contacted by the customer or the clinic. We do recommend checking on your order within 48 hours of placement so if there is a hold up on something, we can hopefully take care of it promptly. Refills are up to the discretion of the veterinarian. There is a place on the fax we send them that allows refills if they wish but we cannot authorize them unless the veterinarian allows them. Great Service!!!
Have nothing to compare them to as I used them first and never looked back. They take care of every thing including the script from my vet. Orders always shipped fast and items are correct.
