My order arrived promptly and in excellent condition. There was also a sample of cat treats. The treats had good ingredients. The order was a gift, and I haven't had any complaints. All in all, a fine ordering experience.

I was very please with VetRX. When I called they answered my questions, and even made sure the product went out that day even though it was slightly past their cutoff time for shipping product out. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Bonnie

I was blown away by what it was costing for Epileptic meds for our dog from local pharmacies. Prescriptions and supplements are very affordable through VetRXDirect. Phycox from VetRX is at least 50% less than through my vet. Each order comes with a honey oat cookie for my dog which she loves. When I have talked with them on the phone they are very nice and helpful.

I ordered some medication for my cat from VetRx. Exact quantity and great price. Checkout was uncomplicated and quick. However one hour later I realized I needed overnight shipping or I could stretch to two day but wasn't comfortable with that choice. Knowing that on line pharmacies do not offer these types of shipping, I assumed I'd just thrown my money away. I sent a quick email asking for the return of the sum back to my credit card. Five minutes later VetRX responded with a --not a problem. The charge has been removed. It might take a day or two to fall of the balance. Best Wishes. However due to VetRX and their honest business practices I shall now order my cat's medication in advance and save tons of money. My fur ball is 161/2 years old. The last vet bill was $375.00 for a head to toe physical, general blood work , thyroid blood work specifically and one month worth of medication! Not this time! Thanks VetRx.
