I think your organization provides a great service, but is lacking in the approval of perscriptions. As for many, our pets are our life and part of the family. I generally hope these medications will show up in a timely manner and am concered at how long it takes to get approvals. I want to order regularly from you, but unsure at this point if you are reliable.

Good news - the item I needed (AeroKat inhaler) was on sale! Bad news - when I entered my order onlne, the $10 discount didn't come up. Great news - I called the phone number listed on the site and spoke to an actual human being immediately, who said she would check into the problem and make sure I got the advertised discount.
