I have called several times in the last three years and complained about my poor reception and cannot stream. Have been unhappy for a long time. I do plan on going with another company once they are fully set up.

Person who serviced my address was knowledgeable. The only thing that was not effective and efficient was setting up new Viasat password for router was not very helpful and did not ask to assist on getting it done before he left . Took me awhile to finalize this by myself. Date this occurred was when I had them install my Viasat equipment. Do not remember exact date

System is slow compared to Starlink. I returned my equipment as part of cancelling my service but continue to be billed. Viasat will not take my call either. Service is terrible and Viasat still collects my autopay. Richard Vint

The speed of my internet is terribly slow. when i try to report it i get no support!

I have coverage 50 percent of the time. Many times I have had to go elsewhere. Quite frustrating! I am paying full price and getting half the service.

We have no choice where we live. Satellite internet is like a very fast dial-up. While speeds have improved, it's still slow. That said, it seems to work in inclement weather

Viasat is very dependable and I rarely have issues with it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for internet services

Have some issues but I think my computer is not working well.
