Our bill keeps going up. It's hard enough to make ends meet in today's economy. May have to explore other cheaper internet options. Would like to get a better rate for the service we have now and stick to it

Your low budget East Indian customer service is terrible. I tried to return a modem sent to me at the same time as the technician (rating, A+ ) was installing another modem. I tried to explain to the CS rep with heavy accent that all I needed was a UPS return label and Viasat would get the unopened box with modem inside back. The CS rep was confused and put me on hold for well over 5 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer and hung up. Never got a label.

Excellent service. Very little issues

Viasat is my only option for high speed Internet in a farming area 30 minutes west of Minneapolis. It is a valuable resource so important to me that I could not live where I do without it.

Slower connection now. Seems like it was faster when I first signed up (updated equipment needed perhaps?). Wish there was a loyalty discount or something rewarding long term Via Sat members.
