⭐Extremely frustrating experience – avoid I had a very poor experience with Vibiz. I was being charged for a service I wasn't using, and when I tried to cancel, I couldn't find any clear way to do it through my account. I searched through the account, billing and settings areas, but there was no obvious option to simply cancel the subscription. What made it worse was trying to get help. I could only communicate with a bot rather than an actual person, while the charges continued. When you're trying to stop payments, going around in circles with automated support is incredibly frustrating. At one point I could find an option to delete my entire account, yet I couldn't find a straightforward way to cancel the paid subscription. That makes absolutely no sense to me. A subscription service should make it easy to see what you're paying for, cancel it when you want to, and speak to a human when there's a billing problem. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Vibiz. PS. Some reviewers state they were offered 25 credits in connection with completing a survey/review process. Worth bearing in mind when reading the ratings.
