Perfect fit! Easy to install. Adhesion promoter is definitely needed, but other than that, it all worked out great.

Despite the wrong item arriving at my door, Paula is a true rockstar and made all the correct customer service decisions to help rectify the situation and get the proper item moving. That item has not arrived yet, but thanks to Paula and the team I have no doubts that it will be correct.

This company has terrible customer service and product support. I purchased an all-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit for my car for over $4,000. What I received was the rear-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit. Since May, for months, they have been saying that "Production is working on it" and "Management is aware of your problem" but I still have no movement on this. When you call, you get a hired call center who cannot even contact Vicrez directly. I have called them multiple times, and emailed many times, always with the same response. "They are working on it" and "Management is aware", but still no progress. And of course, their reply below is the same canned response "They are working on it" and "Management is aware",

The rear diffuser fitted perfectly, makes a lot of difference with the twin tail pipes i also had installed.
