Easy website to navigate and great product selection.

When y’all advertised it, it showed it in a special box. All I got was a plain box and styrofoam to protect it. To be honest I only bought it because I thought it would make a great gift. Now it really just a nice gift. 😞 I bought this for a nonprofit auction item and that would have been amazing to get people to bid on.

I ordered on 6/10 thinking it looked like a great product. I received a receipt that charged 7.45 tax instead of the true amount of the tax (under 1.50) and wrote immediately back. I never heard a word back. Then I got a shipping notice on 6/14 that it had been shipped. Still no word and now I’m being asked how my experience with customer service was. Very disappointing! I am not going to order anything more online from an ad on Facebook or Instagram. And it still hasn’t shown up. Shipped on 6/14 and still waiting on 6/30!

Honestly the product sent was not Skin so soft as noted on the advertisement. Very disappointed since I love the product.

My co worker loves his birthday present he plays guitar so this was perfect and of course I had to get one it's just awesome design and all. :).
