Great customer service. Probably the best customer service of all the platforms I used for my business, simply for the fact that I can get in direct contact with specialist in specific areas to walk me through trouble shooting and figuring out things.

Carter and the VidLead team have been incredible partners—quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. VidLead consolidates the tools we need to run our video business and serve clients in one place. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I love using Vidlead! I’ve been using it since it started and they are constantly adding new features and updating it all the time. It’s been super helpful in my business and I have barely scratched the surface! I get way more value from it than what I pay for it! Thankful for Carter and his team and all that they do to help out!

After using it for almost 2 years now, Vidlead has consistently met all the needs for my video business. I'm not a huge power-user of all the features that it can provide - however having all of it fit into one tool is incredibly helpful rather than spread across many different pieces of software. Solid product, great customer support, and consistently adding useful features to the software.

Complete scam, no accountability, didn’t honor their 30 trial, I screen shoot it because I had a feeling they would charge me and not hold any accountability. Careful with companies like this only care about their money

Great CRM and more for your video business. It’s a no brainer software for creatives. It’s really helpful for us one man bands to manage everything. I can’t go back to how I was operating before. This is a need for your business.
