We love they way our railings came out. I worked with ViewRail to come up with a parts list. Everything was professionally delivered, and it came with everything needed, including specialty tools. The personalized instructions made for a smooth install. I installed myself, and while time consuming, it wasn't that hard. I found everything to be of good quality, the only exception would be the phillips head screws, which stripped easily. But there were plenty of extras included along with other options to secure the rails.

Really good support services through the design and purchaseing process. Viewrail boxes and parts are really well labelled and color coded. Bar code for instructions Is good. Missing isolation separators for the SS rods from the order. Called and they are shipping them. Overall good system.

Excellent service, good design and support. The railing can be professionally installed and is DIY for someone (myself) with basic skills attention to detail.

The product has a great look, is durable, and they have good support. The prices for the viewrail components are not one of value but you must accept we are suffering with a recent bout of inflation and this product is a fine grade of stainless steel. I was disappointed in that the kit purchased to do the install myself was not returnable as had been indicated when I first purchased it; despite being in great shape (perfectly reusable) the company had changed its policy. At least I used it for multiple jobs.

Beautiful product. Only negative was they didn’t send enough of some of the small fasteners and then I had to pay over $200 to get the rest needed. But we love the product itself and are very happy with it.

Excellent wood products but expensive shipping charges especially if you have a large piece that has to be delivered by freight.

This is a great product. Outstanding Technical support, good drawings and instructions guided me through the rather complex installation. The only problem I had was damage during shipping that prevented me from completing the installation. The company ordered new parts to replace the damaged parts without hesitation. Great product, great support not so great shipping.

There were certainly a few challenges with my project. Firstly, with a staff change at Viewrail the project fell off your 'radar screen', and had not yet been started on the date I expected it to be delivered. Secondly, there was damage during shipping on the large railing and delivery of the replacement seemed to take forever (due to shipping issues). However, I was really pleased at how responsive the staff was to my issues. Once it was realized that you dropped the ball, the project was immediately done and shipped within a few weeks. Likewise, the damaged railing was rapidly replaced and shipped ASAP. The process of designing the project, and the extensive resources for helping me put it all together have been great. I do have another project (a year or so out) and plan to have Viewrail work on it. Special thanks to Daniel Stech for all his help and quick response to the issues.
