Highly Recommend VinMove Auto Transport – Steve Brown After being bombarded by countless ads from trucking brokers, I finally connected with Steve Brown at VinMove Auto Transport. He was upfront, honest, and straightforward from the very first phone call. My car was picked up and delivered shortly after we spoke — right on time and within budget. The driver, Humberto, was professional and pleasant. He carefully loaded and unloaded my vehicle with great care. I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. I strongly recommend Steve Brown and VinMove Auto Transport for anyone needing reliable auto transport. Sincerely Robert D Hartmann Sr

They worked with me to get a competitive quote to ship my Subaru Outback and Toyota Tacoma. They always maintained contact with me about all the details and I was able to contact the drivers directly to coordinate final pickup and delivery details. The drivers were very cooperative and helpful. Both cars have arrived in excellent condition. Overall, excellent service! Thank you.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
In April I contracted with them to transport my car. They gave one price and then raised the price a couple of days before pick up. When I told them that I could not pay that amount and I wanted a refund, they refused to refund my $100 deposit. They would only refund my money if I removed my negative review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s JUNE and they have yet to refund my deposit. They are scammers. I vow to continue to share this egregious scam with the world until I am vindicated with the refund I deserve.

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had during your booking process. In the auto transport industry, final carrier market rates can occasionally fluctuate from initial estimates, but we always want our clients to feel respected and fairly treated if they choose not to proceed. We absolutely do not condition refunds on the removal of reviews. Please contact our corporate office at (888) 551-6583 so we can review your deposit status and resolve this matter completely.
