High quality records. A little on the pricey side but clearly a lot of love and care put into the product. Been a subscriber for 6 years and don’t plan on going anywhere.

VMP always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied as a customer. I appreciate the detail and care they give to their records and the ease of being a member. I recommend VMP to just about anyone I know who is into records.

Most of the releases suck and aren't worth the monthly subscription cost.

I’ve been a member since 2018 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences, I’ve had to return a few albums over the years and they always replaced a damaged one very quickly and I receive my monthly subscription record very quickly every month so I’m more than happy with VMP!

Very poor customer service. Ordered an item to be shipped to the UK. No tracking information available for 3 weeks and now on the DHL site the tracking number appear incorrect. Contacted them once, very unhelpful and now I contacted for a refund that I don't know if I'm going to receive. Stay away from this company!!!
