I pre-ordered Viofo's 3 new T340 dash cams directly from viofo.com. The pre-order promo stated there were 128Gb MicroSD cards included with the purchase but weren't in the box when the dash cams arrived at my home. I contacted Viofo's customer service and they were apologetic the MicroSD cards weren't sent with the order. The customer service representative said she'd have them directly sent out from their Amazon store. I received the MicroSD cards 3 days afterwards. Great customer service!!

Meine Anfragen wurden innerhalb von 24 Std. bzw 48 Std. beantwortet, und mir wurde immer geholfen und was zu einem konstruktiven Ergebnis geführt hat. Auch möchte ich mich für die schnelle Kulanz-Lieferung von Ihnen bedanken.

I wrote to viofo to relocate the temperature digits in their Dashcam app which I use with viofo bp100 battery, and they really cared and made a revised copy to relocate the temperature 2 digits inside the circle even when I enlarge fonts, iam really impressed and admire what they did to me, really appreciate well done viofo, and their rep Ms. Annie and the enitier development team did a meaningful service to a senior citizen with version issues.

The app is horrible. The camera overheats if kept plugged in order to keep monitoring while parked. It’s not easy to operate and if you want properly installed without seeing all the wires hanging all over you car, you need to hire a professional. It cost around $200 to have it professionally installed and connected directly to your fuse box. It’s extremely hard to connect the camera to your phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sh!t3….. when I needed it the most it let me down!!!!!!! I went to get the footage off my phone, nothing, the app was asking me to set it up. WTAF I had set it up, 3 or 4 months ago when I bought it. Nope, something happened in the meantime and I needed to set it up again. No warning, nothing, so I thought ok, I’ll set it up again, pushed the little WiFi button, connected my iPhone and went back to the app. Nope, can’t connect to the WiFi even tho my iPhone still has it as connected. I’m in my work carpark battling with this piece of absolute trash, in the end I gave up. Brought it into the workshop, and beat the absolute granny out of it with a lump hammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again will I even spit on a voifo dash cam! I had a Nextbase for over a decade, never let me down. I gave it to my wife as it’s still working now. If it wasn’t for the fact I’m buying a Tesla model 3, I’d have a Nextbase Dashcam in a heartbeat!!!!!!!! I’m absolutely furious with vois!ite

My dashcam was randomly freezing up, but after a little little help, my camera is now working perfectly fine again.

Paying more than 200.00 this should come with the hardwire and the lens. I did not recieve the mounting clips. There are so many cords! I haven't had the opportunity to set it up. No details for the set up. Went to you tube to locate an installation process. I understand this is going to be a 5 star camera.
