VIP Concierge, Inc.Reviews of vipconcierge.com

I am consistently impressed by the custom service delivered from VIP Concierge. I recently attended the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards and was blown away by the ease of the service, prompt delivery and responsiveness by the staff. When I had questions, they were quick to respond via email or a phone call. Attending the VMAs was an opportunity of a lifetime and VIP Concierge made it possible! I highly recommend VIP Concierge to anyone looking for an A+ experience from start to finish.

VIP Concierge allowed me to give my daughter the most amazing night at the Tony Awards. We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy to use website, best customer service, made us feel so special. When they upgraded our tickets, my daughter and I both exploded in glee. They delivered our tickets so no worrying about lost or slow mail. They followed up with us every step of the way. I will absolutely use VIP Concierge again for another unique experience. I am confident they will once again make us feel like royalty. Thank you for an unforgettable night and top notch service.

Thank you VIP CONCIERGE for making our dream come true! My daughter and I LOVE Broadway, and each year we watch the Tony Awards and dream of someday attending the star-studded event! VIP CONCIERGE turned our dream into a reality! The customer service is top-notch! They were availabe to answer any questions I had, and even upgraded our seats to the orchestra section at no extra charge!! We were completely star-struck as we saw all our Broadway favorites up close! The outstanding service didn't end with the delivery of our upgraded tickets...VIP CONCIERGE even checked back with me after the event to make sure our experience lived up to our expectations! The personal attention we received surpassed our expectations. VIP CONCIERGE will be our first choice for attending future events!! We can't thank you enough for giving this mother-daughter duo one of the best times of their lives!!
