Good communication, good price, arrived in good time, and looks sharp. Feels solid so far, hoping to get some proper bp soon to harden this birch bat.

I would like to commend viper bats for their dedication to excellence, there was an issue early on and they were extremely responsive and able to address the issue without delay, holding to their values and truly taking care of the customer. Maintaining quality products and high end customer care is critical. I would rate them truly above the rest.

My 9 yr old son got his first custom Viper bat today. We immediately went out and hit about 50 balls and it was truly amazing to hit the ball like he did today. The bat made all the difference in the world! Thanks Viper!! Hume Real Estate
