Shipping took a LONG time.

Sorry that it took longer than you had wanted. Blems sometimes take a few days to ship due to current supply and demand needs and all shipping carriers, not just FedEx, are experiencing delivery issues due to lack of staff and are doing they're best to get back to their regular standard for service.

Delivery time takes forever I didn’t even order a custom back it took them seven days just to ship it out ordered the bat May 9 they shipped it out May 17

Hi Angel sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the delivery time of your bats. Unfortunately with the blemished bats we ship what we have available and during peak seasons and inventory gets depleted pretty quickly and takes a few days for new blems to come through.

Site is great and easy to use, only complaint is the follow up and tracking when you place an order.

The bats are great. The model profile is as described. The finish is pristine. However the bats are all drop 3. To heavy for my boy to use. Being marketed as a youth bat I would have hopped -5 or lighter . He will use them as practice bats and I will get others for the game. UPDATE: Chris at Viper bats reached out to me immediately after reading my review and offered to send me new ones with the correct weight drop. That's outstanding customer service. I'll add another update to my review once i receive the bats. Thanks Chris!

BAT BROKE AFTER THE SECOND TIME I USED IT!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!! I'M NOT A BIG GUY 135LBS, I HAVE NEVER BROKE A BAT IN ALL THE YEARS THAT I HAVE PLAYED. Viper bats did replace it for the cost of shipping. Thank you Viper bats.

Let us know how it broke. If it truely did break on the second time used we will replace it. They should not break that easy even when hit off the end.
