After a bit of thought, I treated myself to a Louis bag I so deserve💕 Wasn’t sure how the website worked, as I’m often skeptical about purchasing online. I did though, and I’m really, really glad I did! I love my bag! Absolutely beautiful!!! From hardware, to the softness of the leather… beautifully made! When I received my bag, I couldn’t figure out my keychain… in all honesty though it was broken. Before I could even reach out, I received a text from customer service, checking to see how I liked my new item, and if there was anything that I needed or had questions on:) I can’t tell you how comforting that felt. The customer service representatives name is Azura:) Thank you so much! I got all my questions answered, my concerns were addressed, her response time was so quick! I was reassured that she could help . She even sent me an instruction video to show me specifically:) It was clear that my satisfaction was her number one priority! What a great first experience 💕 I wish all my customer service experiences were this great! Thanks again for going above and beyond Azura!

I have to say I was a little skeptical at the beginning but after doing my first purchase I have to say I was extremely impressed with the quality as well as the great customer service. My order arrived earlier than expected and Azura was very informative and prompt to reply to email with details about my shipping. Will buy from them again
