The items I ordered were not in stock and VIP Outlet shipped a similar item. It worked out well and the rep offered a partial credit refund. So all is well. Thanks VIP for your great customer service.

Laptop came on time but was missing the power adapter. I called them and they sent me one overnight. Runs so good and couldn't tell it was refurbished. The laptop looked brand new and like it was never used. Love it!

Purchased a new Samsung Tablet thru ebay. Instead received old used tablet completely different model. Requested return and it was granted. After receiving the return the VIP Outlets claimed that I returned old item instead of the one they send me and they refunded me only 50% of the purchase price. The old product belonged to somebody else before and was full of e-mails and very personal pictures

If i had an option not to give any stars i would. Stay away from these scammers. They would do nothing but take your money and not help you when something goes wrong. Just try getting in touch with a rep on the customer support line. DOnt waster your money or time.

I give Vipoutlet a poor rating because I. ordered an Xbox one from them...never received it and when I tried reaching them to find out where my package was got no response from them...not by email or phone...when ever i called no one would answer, so I contacted walmart and walmart tried to contact them and got no response...so walmart refunded my money...don't order from them because you might not receive your product and trying to get an response from them is hard
