Ran 2 launches, the BSR went up during the launch, then dropped immediately. We gave away thousands of dollars of product and all of it ended up on eBay. Apparently, people were able to buy up to 5, this diluted the brand and the price. This was a big mistake a huge financial loss to the company.

Hey Max, Sorry to hear about your recent experience with our launch platform! We do encourage all users of the platform to set the max order quantity for their listing to 1 during the promotion in order to avoid multiple units being claimed by users. There are several measures in place on our deal site to avoid resellers from claiming coupons, but this setting is imperative to protect your inventory. As far as the results of the launch go, we like to focus on keyword ranking improvement as a goal. By increasing your ranking for particular keywords, you are able to gain visibility and increase the likelihood of more organic sales. BSR is a good metric to pay attention to, but a favorable BSR does not directly correlate with high visibility in the same way that keyword ranking does. After reviewing your launch performance it does appear that we were able to greatly improve your keyword ranking. Both of your products were well past the 10th page of search results at the beginning of the launch and ended up within the top 10 results on page one! This is a huge accomplishment in the competitive supplement category. Please feel free to reach out to our support team with any additional questions regarding your launch at [email protected]

Got their photography package for my products, which are water lamps. It was always going to be a tough product to shoot, because it has light inside it, is transparent, glows, etc. They did a decent job, but didn't do so great of a job editing. As for the lifestyle photo, there was miscommunication regarding it (I wanted a child model in it, but only told this to the representative I talked to before paying, not after), so after quite a bit of hassling on my part they agreed to reshoot with a child. The new image turned out very nice, I was very happy with it. Overall 3-4 star experience.

Ordered a listing optimization for $500 and conversion went down. Boring copy.
Response from Viral Launch· Feb 4, 2019
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our copy is written to maximize keyword efficiency and attract traffic to your listing. Conversion is also part of the goal, but conversion also has many pieces to it. We would love to dig into why your conversion is dropping, and help to identify ways to improve it. If you'd like to reach out to [email protected] or chat with us via the Launchpad, we would be happy to look into this with you.

The limitation of only showing a few product results really was limiting and didn't help. Plus I often when typing in some key word(s)kept getting message "too limiting". Branding was okay,,,,took me a while to figure out how to best use. All said, I will be signing up.

Due to a change in my career, I found I didn't need to use the service. Unforfunately, my subscription was set to auto-renew... and I put the renewal on a credit card I don't monitor. You know the rest of the story... I paid for 4 months of service before I realized I was paying. I never logged in, never used the product, didn't think about it. No refund, no partial refund. Even for the current month that had just started. I had a similar problem with another auto renewal and it was no problem getting a refund since I hadn't used the service. I believe Viral Launch is intentional regarding their policy and use it as a way to get a few extra bucks. This is my only experience with their customer service...but I'm guessing it's similar in other area's as well
