Sam, Has to be one of the most brightest , kindest and most intelligent individual i have ever had the pleasure of working with when it involves my computer. Please note that Sam is more than beyond patient but very attentive to detail when it comes to people like myself who are not as IT savvy as " Sam the Man". I will be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs computer service with an intelligent and smart IT agent. Frank G. Reyes

After many initial problems and much patience on his part, Simon Smith was able to successfully configure my internet booster. I have been utilizing the services of Virtual Touch Pro for several years now, and I would recommend them as the "go to" people for computer users. Thank you.
