The whole process was very quick and easy. Plus the photo editing looked great. I accidentally paid for the process twice and upon contacting the customer service team, they immediately understood what had gone on and refunded me the money within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend companies like this enough when they have superb customer service. Sometimes it's worth more than the service imo. Wish more companies would be like this to be honest.

Really happy with the service provided. Will definitely use them again in the future. Very lovely, polite and professional customer service. They would be my new go-to for any future official document photo requirements.

Canada Passport doesn't accept their photos. Don't waste your time. I requested a refund and have been given the run around. Ended up having to get the pictures taken at a brick and mortar shop to get the job done.

I used their service and paid in order to get a photo accepted by the US lottery. It didn't happen because of the photo size and for that reason, I was declined to participate in the lottery. I email their support asking for a refund and someone named Paul started speaking like an angry customer. I've been working for multiple companies in customer service and I know what someone without experience like Paul looks like. I informed them again until I got a message from Paul that says: We don't learn someone English, everything was okay so you don't get a refund. I was like WHAT THE HECK? DUDE, you are being paid for a service that I didn't get right and because of that service, I lost my chance to take the lottery. Paul if you watching this, I want to say that I hope life won't bring us together because I will show you how someone without good English looks like.

Hello, Kindly let us know your email to check your case and take measures. Please allow us to clarify: did you get a message about an incorrect size when you were loading the DV Lottery form on the official website? Or did you encounter an error, which is described in detail at this link? https://visafoto.com/usa/us-photo-tool-your-photo-does-not-need-cropping In any case, your feedback is taken into account and we will talk to our support team. We apologize for any misunderstandings and are ready to immediately issue a refund if the photo size was indeed wrong.

I would like to know whether the US diversity Visa online application accepts the photo edited by your site.

Hello. We apologize for the late reply. Yes, we are editing photos for DV lottery since 2013. The photos processed on our site are checked according to all standards. Please note that for a successful application, the original photo must conform to certain rules: -You must look directly into the camera with a neutral facial expression -No eyeglasses are allowed (even for vision) -Headwear is only allowed for religious reasons -The photo must be of good quality and evenly lit.
