Very responsive support, my photo was not accepted and they responded and re-sent a fixed photo within less than an hour. Great to use service.

First photo didn’t meet the PR card…
First photo didn’t meet the PR card photo criteria. I mailed the support team and that worked. Definitely recommend. Save a bunch of time.

Got into issue with the initial photo…
Got into issue with the initial photo but Tatiana helped redo the photo multiple times to get the is photo accepted by the embassy. Definitely recommend, even when you run into issue with the photo, they will continue service with no extra charge until it is done.
