Aboslute garbage site. Placed my order on Aug 29 for delivery on Sept 8. Got an email 3 days befor delivery, the they didn't have shipment on hand and the order will be shipped end of Sept. It's Oct 5th and the order still has not been shipped. Third rate company that is very good with charging CC immediately even when they cannot fulfill thier end of the contrac.t

Getting too pricy and your new auto ship ordering system is awful

Their VisionPro glasses are junk. I'm able to see better without the glasses on. Customer service was good but wanted me to pay to ship them back to them. Out of the kindness of their heart they offered me a30% refund and keep what they call glasses instead of paying more money to return them. Typical made in China junk. Should have known better.

I did not receive my contacts lens by Canada Post as I expected. UniUni, an unreliable courier company was used and the driver left the package outside the front door of my apartment building at 10 p.m.on a Saturday night when I had already gone to bed. When I retrieved the notice that the package had been delivered and went to check, it was nowhere to be found. I called the VisionPros to inform of the failed delivery they are taking several days to agree resend the lens which other companies do automatically. I really need these lens and the delay is causing much discomfort as I am using some that need replacing.

Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money on express shipping. States 1-3 days but I didn’t get it for 1.5 weeks due to how slow they fulfill the order. Very rude customer service and refused to do anything about it after complaining. Will never waste my money here again.

When you subscribe for auto order/auto ship, they show you that your upcoming order will be the same price that you paid for your first order. During a full year I would see that my next order would be “same x items for 120$” but I received an email that the order was placed & that I got charged 180$. Now in the subscription page, it shows 180$ for the next one. So they actually mislead new people with their first order. If I hadn’t subscribed I would have been charged the same full price they charged me but minus the 20% discount promo they were running.

Would give zero starts if possible. Garbage nonexistent and customer service, refusal to do the singular job the site exists for; fulfill prescription lense orders correctly. Not only were they unbelievably slow to dispatch and deliver the order, it was completely wrong. They then proceeded to copy/paste replies for an entire email conversation whilst refusing to deal with the issue described. I received nonprescription lenses when I paid for prescription. They would like to now take the money and run whilst placing the blame on the customer for their incorrect order processing. Also the reviews on the website are fake, they are shown as 'testimonials' and there is no way for you as an actual customer to submit a review on their site regarding your order, thus they pick and chose the 'testimonials' in their favour.
