I take Vital Gut Health 4 in 1, and it works great for me! Im not bloated as I was before, I have more regular bowel movements . What i really appreciate the most is how gentle it is on my stomach, not upsetting at all.So give it a try!

The product came in a very timely fashion. I take the gut health medication and it has been helping me. The hair supplement has not been a great experience. There is far too much iron in it for me; the iron is making me very nauseous, so I had to stop taking it
