Customer service follow up is prompt and efficient. Love the products but being from Canada and newly retired, struggling with the currency conversion and delivery cost. Regrettably, I may have to stop using your products due to budget constraints with retirement. It’s too bad product needs to be shipped from the US and not through a distributor here in Canada. Thank you and will enjoy my products in the meantime as I do have approximately 6 mons supply or I may have to reduce to only very essential products.

I find this product greasy. Maybe it works for people who have a lot of hair, and longer hair. Harsh to say but, since there is no way of returning it, I will end up in a trash bin.
