I wish I had checked here or somewhere before ordering an eBike from Vitcher.com, which is nothing but a scam.The price was listed in Euros, which should have been a big red flag for a company that was supposed to be in Iowa.The charge immediately showed up from a company called Kulchi, which does not seem to have any connection to the Vitcher website. BTW, the Vitcher website is very nice and includes policies one always likes to see: You may cancel at any time before shipment is made (I tried to cancel almost immediately), free shipping, free 90-day returns, a nice, honest-sounding mission statement. I notified my credit card company, American Express, and they opened a dispute. I just hope they honor their policy on not holding the customer liable when they have been scammed.

Made an order an was scamed an the phone number was out of service to .its so sad to be able to buy something but can't get it .how dose a credit card work but ur phone doesn't work. Totally got scammed.

Store doesn't exist. Phone number doesn't work. Chat bot on website doesn't work. They charged my credit card and never sent the merchandise. This company is a total fraud/scam.

Placed an order August 4th, waited a few business days and tried calling line just rings busy signal, tried emailing no response back. As for my order delivery date the date keeps being pushed ahead to longer time on a weekly basis. . Now I just found that ppl are saying its an empty building, scam, do not order. Now im disputing order with my bank.

This business is a scam. They stole my money. Their customer service is non-existent. They will continue to delay their estimated delivery date.

This is a scam site. Do not spend your money here. You will never receive your purchased items. Then when you try to contact, no one will respond to the messages and if you call the phone number, it does not even ring.

Vitcher.com states on their website that they have 4,236 reviews with a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, but when I go to Trustpilot and do a search for Vitcher.com, it comes up with no Trustpilot reviews at all. Zero. Also, when I call Vitcher.com's telephone number, it is always a busy signal. No legit companies have busy signals these days. They must be a scam site.
