It was shipped fast and came unbroken and in perfect condition.

I ordered a radiator for my 68 mustang. I had a hard time finding one that was bolt on for my 6 cylinder car. Found one company that made one called ACP. I ordered it from Vivid it was lower cost and faster shipping than from anywere else. Did take 3 days to ship, but the shipping was fast.

My bumper arrived quickly & it was packed so no damage could occur. Great experience.

All went well and I'll order again. I ordered parts knowing that they are a distributor for a company that does not sell retail to individual consumers. They are a parts broker, so to speak. I received everything in good time, but not as a single shipment. Relax folks, often times parts are shipped direct from the manufacturer, or another distributor. This applies especially to restoration, custom and non OEM parts. Not everything is on the shelf.

They shipped the part immediately. Fed Ex lost it for about a week (apparently the label was unreadable?). I did contact Vivid to let them know I thought the part was lost. They did get back to me a day after the part was delivered to let me know the part was delivered. Again...had to wait around because signature was required. That was annoying. The part itself fit perfectly though. No complaints.
