I would like to thank Vivid for being able to get the answers I needed to purchase the exhaust. I tried for over a week to get the answers from the manufacturer without a response. Weird thing is that as soon as I placed my I heard back from them.

Great customer service

My MAF sensor came on time, fit my car, and I'm happy with it. The thing I did not like was checking out on their website, the shipping calculator could be improved. Otherwise I will buy from them again.

On August 10, I bought a camshaft for my Dodge from them. A few days I waited patiently for confirmation of sending the parcel, but I did not receive anything. I wrote them the first message, then another, after a few days another one to which I finally replied that unfortunately they can not give me the tracking number yet.After two weeks, I wrote an email again asking if my package had already been sent. Again I got the answer that unfortunately they can not confirm yet. Another week passed, I wrote an email again and got a reply that they did not have this camshaft in stock and my order was canceled.To tell you the truth, it made me very angry. On their site, this camshaft is still on sale, only the price has increased significantly.. very unprofessional approach to the customer!!

Great product however didn't work for my application.

I spent an entire day waiting for this merchandise because the vendor required a signature. The delivery finally arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon. I feel online vendors should be required to inform the buyer at checkout that a signature will be required. I certainly will not buy from those that do.
