Easy warranty replacement on handles we bought. Thanks for quick response and resolution.

The lock broke after about 2 years of use and locked a patient in the bathroom for our medical office. Other higher quality handles in our office have been in use for over 10 years with zero issues. I contacted them for support and they then only offered a small discount for purchasing a replacement lock and then charged over $20 for shipping, which I felt was fairly high. It's a nice product when it works, but it should last more than 2 years. I will be looking at some other name brand higher quality higher quality solutions. Update after Vizlok Reply: Free shipping was never offered as an option at check out and no offer was made for a “heavier duty” replacement lock. I would have loved to have a conversation with someone about this and worked out a better resolution even paying more money for a higher quality lock.
