I ordered 2 locks early March, which were sent in-correct and was told on March 16th replacements would be sent out. I've been in contact with their sales teams multiple times since then, and have been told they would ship out right away. Its the end of April and still have not seen any locks....

I can see that an order confirmation, as well as shipping confirmation, were sent to the email address that was registered on the account. Didn't follow shipping instructions. They chose to use UPS instead of Fedex. Instead of arriving today it will arrive (perhaps) the middle of next week.

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We would never dream to deviate from our customer's requests. We have selected UPS because of the recent reports we got from customers receiving delayed packages. Our warehouse is in Brooklyn NY and with the current situation right now, plus the Easter Holiday, we find that UPS has been more efficient in picking up and delivering our locks. We've tried to reach out to you however we were not able to get connected. We wanted to send out the locks ASAP and we're sorry we had to decide prior to your approval. We tried to get in touch with you today to see how we can fix this, we were unable to connect again. We both tried the company number and your direct line. Please reach out to us so we can come up with a resolution for you.
