Initial item was not what I ordered. Notified the seller, who quickly responded with a return label and sent the correct item. The item is an ADA compatible occupancy indicator bathroom door lock.

Lock arrived and it was so greasy that it saturated the signage. The lock is definitely Grade 1 but serves a purpose when there are no other choices.
Response from Vizilok· Jul 19, 2019
Thank you for your review. We will make sure to check the packaging. In any case, we are happy that our lock serves the purpose.
