I ordered a realistic baby shark and got a piece of cloth that you can insert a motorized piece of plastic into. Doesn't look like anything from the pictures when I ordered it.

Don't buy anything from these people. It's Freud there products are nothing like shown. I'm very disappointed. I'm trying to find away to report them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased the life-like vinyl shark. What arrived was a shark made of fabric about 11 inches long. I did get in-touch with someone through e-mail who asked me to send pictures of what I thought I was getting and what I received. After sending them the photos, I was told how to make it work ( like I couldn't figure that out). I'm so disappointed in this product!!!! I would rate this company a negative 10 if that were an option.

i bought a doll it was nothing like advertised , just a cheap tiny doll i could buy at a pound shop , no reply to my email and no response on a refund either , you live and learn , total scam

Ordered 2 lifelike sharks and received 2 pieces of cloth painted to look like a shark with plastic piece that is supposed to my tail flip up. Pure garbage. Does anyone have an address or good phone number? Email response to request for refund is "try it. We are sure you will enjoy it"

If I didn't have to, I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating. The add says 22" lifelike doll. It is 6" and is a piece of garbage. The feet are stuck together. There is rubber pieces sticking on it. I have tried to get ahold of the Vonlux Shop with the number they gave and it doesn't work. The person whose name was on the invoice is jajajaja and the email address from there is not available. If anyone knows of a telephone number or Email to get ahold of them, please let me know. I am very unhappy and disgusted!

The "life like baby" I ordered was a rubber doll that was tiny and Was Not What description portrayed it as. Very disapointed. The Teddy bear was fine. Not worth $29.99.. Can't find how to contact seller to complain.
