I bought 2 of them. 1 for me and 1 for my wife. So far it's been a great product. Helps blow water off the car easily and quick. Be cautious of long hair it will suck it up. Ask my wife. It moves so much air it pulled some of hers. Had to cut it off and pull a few strains out.

I never thought that this small device which is a fraction of the size and weight of my standard leaf blower could put out such a powerful force. It's power is quite amazing showing that clever engineering and a quality build "blows away" much larger and much heavier devices. I would highly recommend VortexHaus products.

I had a small problem with one unit .My second. Anything can happen with a given product so I rely on service. they responded quickly and efficiently to handle the problem

I was so pleased with my first Vortex blower that I have ordered two more so I have one in each garage. I am also going to order two more for gifts.

Ordered and had to wait over three weeks for a “domestic” made product, seems very slow. Especially in the age of Amazon. When I ordered, I took advantage of a nominal discount so ended up purchasing the product for $178. This seemed high but deserved based upon the hype and reviews. When I finally received the product, I was disappointed to receive a cheaply built product, especially for the steep price. And without even a battery. I tested it and it did seem to work well but for the price, hardly justifiable. It actually felt like I was getting ripped off. Upon return, the process was cumbersome and to first be approved by their customer service team. The value seems incredibly poor and truly scammy, based upon the cheap feel and build. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Matt, Arthur here – founder of VortexHaus. Reading this, I completely get why you feel ripped off. Three big misses on our side: slow delivery, “domestic” expectations, and the value feeling way off for a tool that feels cheap in hand. Here’s the reality and what we’re fixing: - We are a US‑based brand with global manufacturing. You shouldn’t have to reverse‑engineer that from tracking or wait three weeks in 2026. We’re tightening our shipping timelines and copy so expectations match reality. - The blower is intentionally light and simple by design (few parts, small housing) so our 55+ core customers can actually use it every day. That does not excuse you opening the box, picking it up, and thinking “this feels like a $40 plastic tool.” If it doesn’t feel worth what you paid, we haven’t done our job. - Returns should feel like a straight path, not like you need to be “approved” for a refund. That’s a process problem on our side and we’re adjusting our CS scripts around cases like yours. For you personally, this is what I’d like to do: (1) Treat your case as a full “not as advertised / not worth the money” refund, no questions asked. (2) Cover return shipping so you’re not paying to undo an experience you don’t trust. I ordered the Turbo VortexHaus blower. It is everything advertised. It is incredibly light & powerful. I use a Milwaukee M18 battery and this blows the yard clean, the water off my car & bike. The reviews are legit and I am very happy I purchased. I highly recommend this product and VortexHaus is legit. I did wait several weeks and once shipped received a legitimate tracking number. If you use a blower and have a Milwaukee M18 tools & battery then you want this dynamo. You won’t regret it.

The Vortex Haus works just as advertised very powerful and makes drying my car quick. It uses quite a bit of battery power, by the time I get my car completely dry the battery is drained I’m using a Milwaukee battery. Still worth the purchase Love it!!
