Based on my personal experience, the difference between the certification period and what happened with compensation after certification reminded me of a BAIT-AND-SWITCH situation. I was paid $6/hour during certification, but after I certified on the platform and my service rate increased, I experienced significant discrepancies and delays with compensation. I made repeated attempts to resolve the unpaid amounts directly with the company and provided documentation supporting the hours and compensation I believe remain outstanding. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, my payment requests did not resolve the issue. Communication became increasingly difficult and eventually stopped altogether, with my repeated requests for a response going unanswered. Based on my personal experience, I recommend that contractors carefully keep copies of their service reports, invoices, payment records, contracts, and all communications regarding compensation.

I had an interview scheduled 2/19 at 1:00pm. Interview Zoom started late and no one showed up to zoom interview.

A smooth easy process. I encourage others to go thru the process.
