Hi Courtney, We are actually not using plexiglass, but acrylic glass which is more expensive than real glass. It's also 99% UV-resistent. Unfortunately real glass tends to break when buying and shipping products online. There is information about the glass where you buy the frames. Please get in touch with support at Vossington,com and let us know if there is anything we can do to make you fully satisfied or otherwise we will help you with a return, since we have a 100-day risk free return policy.
