Voya sucks! Worst of the worst with lies/delays/untrained staff… to get our hard-earned retirement funds are more painful than pulling teeth… sadly our govt did nothing after years of knowing they suck.

Do not get this as this is a scam filed critical illness claim and they want me to interview the physician to get statement

There's a 0.6% fee just for using them. That's higher than average. For example the major investment company that starts with an S is 0%. Then there's a $50 fee once you send your money elsewhere. Only worth it if you have a good company match.

This company is a rip off. They will not give you a hardship. They keep your money. You can’t pull your money from it. You’re screwed once you get it. Do not I repeat. Do not work with this company. They’re garbage.

It’s a complete bad site, impossible to get a dime from them until Cele__Stial__Drifts helped me.

Worst customer service

They unfortunately lie to their customers making promises they gave no intention of keeping. I was told my check would arrive 9/21. The check did not arrive til 9/28 after I had already ask them to stop payment. I was told direct deposit would be in 3-5 business days. Now they are saying another week. This is poor company practice. When you call, they act like it is coming out of their pockets. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
