There was only a contact email, I couldn’t find any phone number to call. If I am going to use a company for security I would like to be able and call and speak with someone. That gives me a lot more confidence that someone is always there ready to help me.

Customer service never get back to me about tons of spam emails after signing up. My data is not secure not private. I regret using this service since all my documents are exposed at this point. Edit: company finally got back to me, and tried to make things right. But unfortunately most landlords don't accept this service for documents, so I had to upload everything directly with renting company. Wasted $20 and exposed my PII. Scam.
