Wag is a fantastic service. The customer service is always easy to access, and this typically first to contact you about a problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

All of the dog walkers are very reliable and take very good care of our dog. Plus, the customer service is amazing and fast!

Very convenient service, but I have had several bad experiences with walkers simply ignoring specific requests listed in our profile. Two of them took our dog around the block before she was fully vaccinated, when we specifically told them to walk with her in our backyard. A few others did not put her back in the playpen afterwards, and I came home to her roaming freely around the house... again, convenient service, but they need to vet their walkers more

I love WAG because I’ve never seen a company respond so fast when it comes to questions or concerns. They are very involved and truly care about their costumers. And my dog loves her walker Laurie she is great!
