I placed my order on 7/10, it is now 7/31 and I have received no updates on my order and your portal shows "pending". I reached out to your customer service last week and have not received a response.

The sizing is terrible. The quality of the product is there but you need to make sure that you buy TWO sizes too large for you. This goes for both womans and men's. The return policy for this company is just as terrible as the sizing.

Waitstuff staff is prompt helpful and fair. Orders , exchanges and refunds delivered promptly. Customer service response--next day. I was very pleased with the service.

Prior to placing an order, I wanted to make sure the product we were looking for was available. The rep assigned was able to assist me immediately and received a sample to make sure we were content before placing my final order. Great customer service!
