I have ordered the rear wheel chair based on the size guide provided and it is too big. I have ordered the buddy up carrier and they are too big. I believe that they make the harness straps to fit as many dogs as possible and they need some in between sizes. I have abandoned the rear buddy up and have made a sling out of a cloth shopping bag. Works great.

Small vest too big for my dog. Requested refund or exchange. A week ago I was told that you were sending me a return label to send it back. No label received. Can’t order warrior harness until I get the refund on vest! Limited income!

The calendar is awesome - as is the work you do. My conly complaint is that it took so long to receive it after ordering
