Ordered a new harness for my dogs wheel setup, description said it would fit her current wheels, it doesn’t. The buckles are too big for the ones on the wheel mount. Ordered a set of small booties for her as well that have been on back order for months now. Oh, and the new harness is already breaking. Very disappointing all around.

Customer service agent was friendly and helpful with returning the wrong size brace I ordered, and placing replacement order.

The website made it easy to select the best items for my pet. There are many wheelchairs that are lower priced, but they were not as adjustable and sturdy. My Dachshund with IVDD is now able to get around and has a good quality of life.
