I needed a Large Walkin Pets vest, placed my order easily & got it quickly.

The wheelchair is amazing, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had all of the parts to a wheelchair except for the frame, they wanted to charge me $178 for the frame when a whole new wheelchair came to $117 plus tax… a good friend of mine, gave me the cart, for my paralyzed pug.. I think it is disgraceful did they would try to profit off of the backs of crippled dogs… I recommend the wheelchair, but the people on the phone… Leave a lot to be desired. Not to mention that I called on three different days sent pictures three different times to three different people only for them to tell me that it would cost so much more for just the frame… Rip off

I received my order in a timely manner. My order was not complete. There was no packing slip to indicate that my missing item was on back order. I spent considerable time finding out that fact. Although I am retired I still consider my time valuable. Please consider adding a packing slip to your outgoing orders . I am sure this has happened to other customers and it is a simple fix.

The walking boot was a perfect fit for her paw and it is very helpful for my dog to help her walk again better than before

Only site that makes their products to actually fit very small dogs. Like my 5.5 lab Yorkie. Excellent support leash for his rear legs.

Ordered a harness not realizing our cart wasn’t the small size as it was donated to us. Customer service helped to process a return and find the right harness to purchase.
